These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flyover Sports mobile application and website (the "Service"), operated by Flyover Sports LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Flyover Sports

Flyover Sports is a mobile sports content aggregation app built for fans in the Carolinas. The Service aggregates publicly available sports content — including scores, news, YouTube creator videos, podcasts, and community discussion — filtered to the teams you care about. Flyover Sports contains no gambling, sports betting, or wagering content of any kind.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using Flyover Sports, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected].

4. Community Standards

Flyover Sports includes community features such as team forums and fan discussions. When participating, you agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, abusive, or hateful
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Spam, solicit, or advertise without our written permission
• Share personal information of others without their consent
• Post content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service or its servers

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards, at our sole discretion.

5. Third-Party Content

Flyover Sports aggregates content from third-party sources including ESPN, YouTube, X (Twitter), and podcast providers. We do not own or control this content and are not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or legality. Third-party content is subject to the terms and policies of its respective providers.

6. No Gambling or Betting Content

Flyover Sports does not offer, facilitate, promote, or link to any gambling, sports betting, wagering, or fantasy sports for money services. The Service is intended solely as a fan-first sports information and community platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The Flyover Sports name, logo, app design, and original content are the property of Flyover Sports LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of scores, statistics, or any other sports data. Live score data is provided for informational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flyover Sports LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting an updated version in the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
