Flyover Sports does not sell your personal information by default. However, you may choose to opt in to our voluntary data sharing program.
If you opt in: Anonymized and aggregated fan behavior data — such as which teams you follow, content preferences, session patterns, and engagement activity — may be shared with or licensed to third parties including university athletic programs, regional brands, and sports marketing partners. This data does not include your name, email address, or other directly identifying information unless you separately consent to that.
If you opt out (or never opt in): Your data is not shared with or sold to any third party for commercial purposes. You can opt in or out at any time through the Privacy Settings section of the app.
What we never sell: Regardless of your opt-in status, we will never sell your email address, name, or account credentials to any third party.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Flyover Sports is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
